Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Mad Grizzly Bistro Bar. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and specials to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
