Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment that reflects the values of Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Requirements

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience. You will also receive:
