Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at City South Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality food standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
