We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Automotive Sales Depot Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also supervise and train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train other workers to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and able to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
