We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, establishing work schedules, and selling merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.

- We offer maternity and parental benefits, as well as other benefits.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store environment.

- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
