Store Leadership Position

Overview
As a key member of the Fountain Tire team, the Assistant Manager plays a vital role in driving store success. This leadership position requires a strong focus on customer service, sales, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership in all aspects of the business, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.
- Focus on front counter customer service and sales, utilizing previous automotive parts/service and wheel/tire experience.
- Share product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business.
- Assist with the completion of an annual budget, forecasting revenue and expenditures, and accurately tracking budget numbers.
- Supervise and motivate associates to ensure maximum productivity and a superior customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager, service writer, or service manager.
- Strong computer skills and ability to set goals and achieve results.
- Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience and exceptional communication skills.
