About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and to increase brand awareness.

Event Planning and Execution

Plan and execute various events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches, to showcase our brand and products.

Communication and Public Relations

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and customers, to promote our brand and products.

Budgeting and Financial Management

Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
