Bombardier Transportation GmbH is a leading manufacturer of advanced transportation systems, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Pilot to join our team.
As an Aircraft Pilot, you will be responsible for conducting production ground and flight tests to validate the airworthiness of our aircraft. You will also conduct demonstration flights to potential customers, customer acceptance flights, and ferry flights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate the airworthiness of the aircraft.
- Conduct demonstration flights to potential customers.
- Conduct customer acceptance flights.
- Conduct ferry flights.
- Carry out pre and post-flight activities.
- May be required to support the weekend schedule for extended periods.
- May be required to support the Bombardier Flight Test Center.
- May be required to carry out manual and other documentation review.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time with 500 hours PIC on large multi-engine aircraft.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and to travel on short notice.
- Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training.
- A US ATP is an asset.
- The right to work and live in Canada is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work with a team.
- The ability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.
- The ability to manage stressful situations.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
