Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team as a Pilatus PC-12 pilot. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of flights, supporting daily operation activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a Captain on the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft based in Toronto.
- Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
- Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
- Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
- Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours; experience with a similar aircraft is preferred.
- A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients' needs.
- Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required.
- Previous time on type is preferred.
