Job Title: General Manager Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at Boston Pizza Squamish. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
