About the Role:

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel like part of the family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing and event plans to drive sales and engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed guest expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure staff are trained to meet sales and service standards
  • Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure seamless operations
