Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Blackstar Mgmt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have previous restaurant leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Foster an environment that delights customers, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, drive profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
