Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Empire Pizza Group). The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask and manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
Team and Supervision:
- Supervise 3-4 people.
- Supervise 5-10 people.
- Manage food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
