At Alithya, we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our transformation solutions team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our business applications change management and training organization meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption;
  2. Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders;
  3. Design and deliver communications, content, and training programs to drive adoption;
  4. Collaborate with the change management team and clients to ensure a seamless change experience;
  5. Manage multiple change programs and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management;
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication;
  8. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption;
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives;

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE) and video creation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficient level of English required for regular communication with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
