About the Role

At Rubicon Path, we are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Expert to join our team in a strategic transformation role. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business change and deliver impactful results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design. They will apply Agile methodologies to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables for development teams.

The ideal candidate will create user stories, support the creation of UX, functional, and technical designs, and ensure that business analysis tasks align with iterative development cycles. They will also develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up assessments to ensure compliance with client cluster and corporate I&IT strategies, policies, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables for development teams.
  • Create user stories, support the creation of UX, functional, and technical designs, and ensure that business analysis tasks align with iterative development cycles.
  • Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up assessments to ensure compliance with client cluster and corporate I&IT strategies, policies, and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience as a business analyst or functional consultant on medium to large-sized projects.
  • Knowledge of enterprise business architectural concepts and ability to ensure that recommended technologies are consistent with OPS standards.
  • Ability to apply Agile methodologies to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables for development teams.
  • Strong skills in managing change processes, including defining the change scope, impact analysis, and developing training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions for end-users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business architecture experience.
  • Strong technical BA experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year.
