Job Summary:

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work independently with adult clients in their home settings, providing assessments and developing care plans to improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in home settings using standardized tools to identify communication and swallowing impairments.
  • Develop and implement care plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to achieve care goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
