We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
  • Perform tasks related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supply and empty bed pans, serve meal trays, and feed patients
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms, supervise exercise routines, and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic care
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
