Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Life At Home. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
