Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Encourage and promote client independence and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • PSW diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
