Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Services Program Director to lead our social and community service programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the delivery of these programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and planning and organizing their implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the delivery of social and community service programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs
  • Plan and organize the implementation of new programs
  • Hire and train professional and non-professional staff
  • Administer programs of membership organizations and non-governmental organizations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in social services
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of professionals working together to deliver social and community services. The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
