Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recrutement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and other related duties.
  • Reception Duties: Cover the reception desk, answer and forward phone calls, and greet visitors.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries by email, telephone, or in person, and provide information to internal and external customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies by checking stocks, anticipating necessary supplies, and placing orders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the operation of equipment by fulfilling preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll using the Nethris system.
  • Employee Support: Provide general support to employees, including photocopying and printing documents.
  • Leave Records: Keep employee leave records up to date.
  • Mail Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is an asset.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office secretary.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of office management systems and procedures; working knowledge of office equipment; excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Contractual Information:
  • Salary: $20/H to $25/H depending on experience.
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Position: Permanent.
