Job Summary
Minto Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Consolidation and OneStream Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for participating in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation process for financial and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile all reporting information received from divisional accounting teams and identify material variances.
- Prepare consolidations, including recording eliminating entries and verifying and calculating consolidation adjustments and entries.
- Prepare supporting schedules and deliverables, and document all consolidation-related journal entries.
- Assist in the budget and forecast process, including working with business groups on timelines and loading and consolidating data into OneStream.
- Maintain mapping from GL accounts and other dimensions in the consolidation tool.
- Perform administrative tasks in relation to OneStream and consolidation tool.
- Load data from ERP systems into OneStream and maintain existing reports, as well as build new reports as required.
- Meet internal and external deadlines by demonstrating strong organizational skills and prioritization.
- Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline processes.
- Provide support for the consolidation tool by performing tests and analysis to ensure continued development and user support.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business unit accounting and finance staff.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to function efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and 5+ years of experience in an administrator role in OneStream or similar consolidation software.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Undergraduate university degree in Accounting or Finance and experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Working toward (or completion of) an accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA), or relevant experience/knowledge.
