Responsibilities:

* Teach Pharmacy Techniques courses to First & Second year students
* Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
* Assess student learning and provide feedback
* Collaborate with departmental team to achieve common objectives

Requirements:

* Undergraduate or equivalent degree in Pharmacy
* 3 years experience in a hospital/community pharmacy setting
* Current member in good standing of the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec or the equivalent pharmacy governing and licensing body from another province or country

Preferred assets:

* Graduate degree
* Knowledge of or experience in teaching or training
* Familiarity with the tasks required of Pharmacy Technical Assistants and Technicians
* Openness to the use of innovative and active teaching and the application of new technologies in pedagogy and professional practice
