About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced food service supervisor to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY.




  2. As a food service supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced environment.
  3. You will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  4. Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  5. Hire and manage a team of food service staff to meet the demands of our busy operation.
  6. Serve as a liaison between kitchen staff and management to address customer complaints or concerns.



  2. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  3. You must have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in food service management.
  5. Certifications such as Food Safety Certification would be an asset.



  2. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  3. You will be working on a permanent basis, with a regular full-time schedule of approximately 30-40 hours per week.
  4. Your language of work will be English.
