We are seeking a Food Service Team Member to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Loading buspans and trays.
  • Placing dishes in storage area.
  • Sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand.
  • Keeping records of the quantities of food used.
  • Packaging take-out food.
  • Portioning and wrapping foods.
  • Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Taking customers' orders.
  • Using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handling and storing cleaning products.
  • Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Removing kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sharpening kitchen knives.
  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
