Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership when needed.
