At Mountain View Resort & Suites, we are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff to meet the needs of the department.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions and resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
