Job Summary

CSN Elite Body Shop is seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and coordinate repair work to be performed
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Train and instruct apprentices in the art of automotive refinishing
  • Mix and apply paint to match original colors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent client focus and communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
