Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at CSN Elite Body Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan repair work to be performed, including cleaning and maintaining the workspace
  • Instruct apprentices in the art of automotive refinishing
  • Mix, blend, and match colors to achieve a perfect finish
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
