Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at CSN Elite Body Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
- Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Plan and coordinate repair work to be performed
- Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Train and instruct apprentices in the art of automotive refinishing
- Mix, blend, and match paint colors to achieve a perfect finish
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
- Attention to detail is essential for this role
- Able to work accurately and efficiently
