As a Materials Management Professional at Southern Health-Santé Sud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment across our regional facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently, exercising initiative and sound judgment in determining priorities and methods to achieve results. This position requires a high level of professionalism, consistent with the mission, vision, and values of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and MS Dynamics GP (Momentum)
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Education minimum
  • 1 year relevant experience in a materials environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and optical coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring a valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00.
