About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Proactivity: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
