Director, DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment

We are seeking a seasoned Director, DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment to lead our DTC supply chain functions, including inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, stock allocation, vendor management, fulfillment, and last mile delivery service across all DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight of DTC supply chain functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wholesale, marketing, distribution centers, and product departments to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics (KPMs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure departmental performance.
  • Provide insights and direction to demand planning teams to ensure targets are achieved.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in DTC supply chain and fulfillment operations, preferably in a related furniture or fashion retail environment.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal, communication, organizational, relationship-building, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
