We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Keethanow Food Supermarket in La Ronge, SK.

- Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
- Conduct personnel management tasks, including interviews, promotions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Guide and direct store associates as needed.
- Maintain store conditions to established standards.
- Create weekly staffing schedules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with store departments to ensure effective communication and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and model exemplary conduct.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Oversee and assist with inventory management.
- High school completion and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required.
- Demonstrated service orientation required.
- Minimum years of work experience in the groceries industry required.
- Minimum years of work experience in a supervisory role in a retail/supermarket environment required.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff required.
- Skills to monitor and assess staff performance required.
- Basic office administration skills required.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
