Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Lead at Dodge Industrial Canada, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand and drive revenue. This role requires a creative and organized thinker with technical communication skills, as well as experience in product marketing and market research/analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Dodge products and assist in creating product messaging and marketing tactics.
• Act as a liaison between corporate marketing and in-country personnel, ensuring alignment with global Dodge brand standards, guidelines, and practices.
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and campaigns, including media advertising, content marketing, public relations, digital and social, and collateral development.
• Manage in-country distributor marketing programs and craft compelling messages consistent with brand positioning across marketing channels.
• Lead and manage local-language literature translations, develop and manage the process to print and otherwise make all literature available in the appropriate country, and coordinate, plan, and execute both regional and national trade shows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing an overarching marketing and communications strategy that aligns with and supports business and marketing growth strategies.
• Proven experience in a product marketing or communications role with industrial/technical product marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in market research/analysis, familiar with product marketing tactics, and working knowledge of web analytics tools and content development for omnichannel distribution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and time management/prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with different stakeholders, and experience with event planning and/or tradeshow management.

Education:

BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
