Job Title: Chief Technologist of MicroElectronics

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technologist to lead our MicroElectronics organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the future of MicroElectronics as an advanced technology organization. This includes overseeing the development of technology roadmaps, research and development projects, and driving the technology strategy for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise the General Manager on technology trends, strategy, investments, and talent
Collaborate with Chief Engineer and Advanced Concepts Engineering (ACE) organizations to deliver R&D projects and programs in cross-functional teams
Coordinate L3Harris enterprise on all MicroElectronics technology issues and opportunities
Attend trade shows, conferences, and present L3Harris MicroElectronics capabilities and innovations
Shape L3Harris MicroElectronics brand recognition within the community as a recognized leader
Actively build new customer relationships and industry/academic partnerships
Serve as the senior technical expert representing L3Harris with customers, industry partners, and academia
Create compelling executive and board-level material to inform, recommend, and facilitate decision-making

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, economics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field
Minimum of 15 years of prior related experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis, communicate results effectively, and work with business partners in developing and implementing new methodologies and analysis to drive actionable results
Ability to think abstractly and analytically provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to internal customers, teammates, and external constituencies
Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
Strong executive presence as well as the ability to effectively influence and make recommendations at all levels of the organization
