**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our buildings and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall condition of our buildings and properties through regular maintenance and upkeep.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal building performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of building systems and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, with a strong commitment to safety and risk management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training in maintenance or a related field.
