Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Professional Valve Service. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities

You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues with our machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Repair and Maintenance

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing or replacing defective parts, to ensure our equipment remains in good working condition.

Fabrication and Machining

You will fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or setup, using various machining tools and equipment.

Equipment Operation

You will operate machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems, lathes, pumps, and compressors, to perform maintenance and repair tasks.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience in a related field is an asset.

Language

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Environment

You will work in a variety of locations, including heights, noisy areas, and confined spaces.

Physical Demands

The job requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in physically demanding conditions.
