About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Paul's Paper. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct work studies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Inspect processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Oversee production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to improve workflow and productivity
  • Develop and maintain computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collect and analyze data to inform production decisions
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in plastics manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
