About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Paul's Paper. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out work studies to optimize production processes
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Inspect processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Oversee production to meet quality and quantity targets
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to improve efficiency
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collect and analyze data to inform production decisions
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in plastics and polymer engineering technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial technology and electronics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
