About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment
  • Ensure continuity of patient care through effective communication and coordination with other healthcare providers
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide after-hours access and emergency coverage when required

**Qualifications:**
