Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative to join our team at Invest Canada Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide customer service and support
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, flexibility, initiative, creativity, and positive attitude
