Liquor Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Spruce View Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage store operations, including receiving, displaying, and promoting merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with the management of team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Operate point-of-sale terminals accurately and efficiently, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Support the manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the department to achieve budgeted goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid ProServe certification required.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets.
