Liquor Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Supervisor to join our team at the Innisfail Liquor Store. As a Liquor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team members, and operating point-of-sale terminals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss
- Offer product expertise and guidance to customers
- Assist with the management of team members and operate point-of-sale terminals accurately and efficiently
- Receive, display, and promote merchandise with proper care and attention
- Perform opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail
- Support the manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the department to achieve budgeted goals
- Ensure compliance with Central Alberta Co-op and AGLC's policies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to work in the Liquor Store environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Must have valid ProServe certification
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets
