Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Canada Limited. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to meet client needs.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Deliver sales presentations, showcasing products and services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales transactions, managing the sales process from lead to close.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, leveraging digital channels to reach new customers.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, educating and informing clients.
  • Resolve product and service related problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
