Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Canada Limited. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, promoting sales to existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to meet client needs.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, leveraging your technical expertise to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and establishing trust.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, showcasing your technical knowledge.
  • Deliver sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  • Conduct sales transactions, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, leveraging technology to drive sales.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide customer service, ensuring exceptional client experience.
