Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Aitchison School of Canada Inc. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform education policy and program development
  • Supervise education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
  • Follow education policies and programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the development and implementation of education programs
  • Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Recruit and hire staff to support education program delivery
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost-effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Provide ongoing professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop teaching materials and other resources to support program delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in education policy and program development
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of education policies and programs
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a school or educational institution setting and will be required to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and have a strong ability to multitask.
