Job Title: Sports Program Supervisor

Young Park Martial Arts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of program staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Prepare and deliver educational materials, such as research papers, educational texts, and articles.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate special events, such as tournaments, workshops, and camps.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a sports or recreation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Working Conditions:
  • Work setting: Private club.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Hours of work: 30 hours per week.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
