Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics Department at Headwaters Health Care Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide general and specialized nursing duties and work assignments on a daily basis
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Participate in fetal health surveillance and labour and delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Current certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
* Recent experience in obstetrics, including labour and delivery
* Fetal Health Surveillance in Labour Program completed within the last 2 years
* Maternal Newborn Nursing Certificate or in progress
* Breastfeeding course (20 hour INFACT/WHO) completed or in progress
* Current Neonatal Resuscitation certification
* Current STABLE certification (preferred)
Work Schedule:
* Available for 52 weeks per year, minus vacation entitlement
* Pre-scheduled for a minimum of 33.75 hours per month, including 1 weekend
* Available to work either Christmas or New Year's period
* Available to be pre-scheduled for a minimum of 45 hours/month from June to September, including 1 weekend/month
