About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage kitchen operations, maintain inventory records, and train staff in food preparation and handling. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu specifications.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Train new staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is an asset.
